Czech utility CEZ's decision not to include France's Areva in the bid to expand the Temelin nuclear power plant in the Czech Republic is under investigation by the European Commission. CEZ spokeswoman Barbora Pulpanova declined to comment and said the issue was between the Czech government and Brussels.
