Google releases App Translation Service, new Cloud Endpoints tools

Google has released through the Google Play Developers Console an App Translation Service that allows for conversion of Android application package files into other languages for localizing apps. Developers can choose from among prequalified vendors. Google is also reaching out to its cloud services developers by offering Google Cloud Endpoints, hosted tools and libraries "for ramping up and running the supporting infrastructure for Android and iOS mobile applications," Joab Jackson writes.
