Pepperidge Farm's Chang: Seize every opportunity to act

During a talk at the Wharton Women in Business conference, Pepperidge Farm President Irene Chang Britt recounted her rise to the top and emphasized the importance of taking action and learning new things. From a competitive cyclist who started a cycling store one undergraduate summer -- which exceeded $1 million in sales -- and a timid business grad school student to the "toilet-paper queen" at Kimberly-Clark and now president of Pepperidge Farm, Chang says "grab opportunities, no matter how they come dressed, because there's always a chance to learn something else."
