Survey finds consumers welcome use of mobile in stores

One-third of consumers say they've used their mobile devices to research product prices in stores, and two-thirds of luxury consumers say they're more willing to work with a sales associate who is mobile-equipped, according to a Forrester Research survey. In general, "consumers are eager to work with digitally enabled associates and are also interested in in-store technologies, like product configurations and magic mirrors," said Forrester's Adam Silverman.
