Weather Channel rebranding includes round-the-clock forecasts

The Weather Channel, as part of a rebranding, will feature the local forecast on screen at all times, even during ad breaks. "We are getting back to our roots as a company," said David Clark, president of the Weather Channel. "We wanted to get back to the core idea that this is a place where people get the weather." The network also has a new tagline: "It's amazing out there."
