Grocery chains file complaint against California union

Kroger, Safeway and Albertsons have filed a complaint to the National Labor Relations Board, saying the union representing striking Southern California grocery workers has threatened those considering returning to work. A union spokesperson, who had not seen the complaint, called the accusation a "desperate measure."
