Malfunctioning AEDs recalled

About 10,000 automated external defibrillators are being recalled due to two malfunctions, some failed to deliver a shock and others automatically turned themselves on. The AEDs, made by Access CardioSystems, are in use by hospitals and fire departments around the nation.
