Dentsu to buy U.S. indie mcgarrybowen

Japanese ad holding company Dentsu will acquire independent New York shop mcgarrybowen. Mcgarrybowen reportedly brought in around $57 million in revenue in 2007, and counts Hewlett-Packard and J.P. Morgan Chase among its clients.
