Chef introduces taste buds to Indian cuisine

Balkar Tamber, the owner of Sakoon in Mountain View, Calif., has created a high-energy restaurant aimed at making Indian food accessible to American diners. The restaurant's CIA-trained chef, Sachin Chopra, describes the food as "a culinary journey of Indian regional cuisines, using local sustainable ingredients accented with modern interpretation."
