Brazil's Lula says Fed's stimulus will hurt emerging nations

The Federal Reserve's second round of quantitative easing will harm emerging economies, but putting pressure on the U.S. to change is the wrong way to cope with the problem, Brazilian President Luiz Inacio Lula da Silva said during the Group of 20 summit in Seoul, South Korea. "I don't think the U.S. should be pressured; these things don't work that way," he said. "We will ask them to take responsibility, because they're going to cause harm."
