Woodfield retail center stake is trading at high price

If the trade of the Chicago-area Woodfield retail center goes through, it will be among the most expensive trophy shopping centers to sell in the last five years, according to Real Capital Analytics. General Motors Co. pension plan is selling its half interest in the property to CalPERS for $500 million.
