Chicago mentoring program matches companies with students

Inner-city high-school students in Chicago have access to mentors through the Center for Companies That Care's AIM High mentorship program. In a change from traditional mentoring models, entire businesses sign up so multiple mentors can be on hand to work with students. Mentors support students in meeting graduation requirements and offer them opportunities to learn more about the workplace.
