Experts say the government may have changed its mind on aggressively pursuing an antitrust trial against the proposed US Airways-American Airlines merger. "My suspicion is Justice is feeling a lot of pressure and is worried about the outcome and taking the heat. ... You have to ask, maybe the government is blinking?" said John Briggs, an antitrust attorney.
