Key ACA provision doesn't apply to service members

The Affordable Care Act includes a provision that allows parents to insure their adult children until they reach age 26, but that benefit is not available to members of the U.S. military. Tricare covers adult dependents only until they are 21, or 23 if they are full-time students.
