O-I creates black bottle for Cutty Sark's Prohibition Edition

For Edrington's Cutty Sark Prohibition Edition, O-I was able to cost-effectively create black glass bottles by using the bottle shape and closure that they were already producing for the company's Storm brand. "It’s amazing what black glass does to brand image. If you put the black version alongside a green Storm bottle, people say it looks bigger, seems more premium, feels a bit special," said Jason Craig, brand director for Cutty Sark.
