Report: 64% of franchise owners say ACA is bad for business

Nearly two-thirds of small business franchise owners think the Affordable Care Act will negatively affect their businesses, according to a survey conducted for the IFA and the U.S. Chamber of Commerce. The survey also found 1 in 12 business owners believes the health care law will be helpful for business and 27% of franchise businesses have started replacing full-time workers with part-time ones in preparation for ACA's the employer mandate.
