Veterans fit in with franchising through VetFran program

IFA's VetFran program has helped more than 6,300 veterans become franchise owners since 1991 and has helped place more than 150,000 veterans and their family members in jobs in the franchise industry. "Veterans do very well in franchising because they're used to following systems. Structures and operational excellence are the basic tenets of franchising because you're following a proven scaleable model," IFA President and CEO Steve Caldeira said.
