Bush considers lifting steel import tariffs

Responding to a ruling earlier this week from the WTO, President Bush is considering cutting back or eliminating tariffs on imported steel. He has 30 days to make a decision, before the E.U. and Japan impose $2.3 billion in retaliatory tariffs against the U.S.
