Inclusion program levels playing field for disabled children

Disabled and nondisabled students share a single classroom and two teachers at H.D. McMillan Middle School, the only secondary school in the Miami-Dade district that uses a full inclusion model. McMillan's leaders say integrating students in all grades and subject areas will promote mentoring, understanding and accommodation.
