Pennsylvania students find slide rules cool

At Wissahickon High School in Ambler, Pa., chemistry students are getting after-school instruction in the use of slide rules from chemistry teacher Louis Gotlib, who keeps one of the devices in his car to calculate his gas mileage. Gotlib lends 1973-vintage plastic slide rules to students from a stockpile he acquired from a fellow collector.
