Chinese dairy products must be tested before entering U.S.

Chinese candy, pet food and other products containing milk will not be allowed into the U.S. until they are shown to be contaminant-free, the U.S. Food and Drug Administration said. Chinese products that contain milk or milk powder automatically will be detained at the border until the manufacturer or its customer has it tested for contaminants.
