North Korea closes border with South Korea over balloon incidents

Relations between North Korea and South Korea have taken a turn for the worse as North Korea -- citing balloons launched over the border by South Korean activists carrying messages with outsider information -- has closed the border with South Korea. The move immediately impacts tens of thousands of North Korean workers who travel the border to work in South Korean factories. South Korea has said that it is powerless to stop the activists.
