Restaurants hope to steer guests back to the beverage menu

More restaurant customers are choosing tap water over other beverages, making it one of the fastest-growing drink categories and spurring eateries to find new ways to entice cash-strapped customers back to the beverage menu. At Wendy's, that means new lemonade and iced-tea and coffee options, and a test of the new Coca-Cola Freestyle machine that promises up to 100 different soft-drink combinations.
