Brazil, India to round out top 5 destinations for U.S. exports by 2030

Canada, Mexico and China will continue to be the top export destinations for U.S. companies, but Brazil and India will replace the U.K. and Germany in the top five by 2030, an HSBC Commercial Banking survey reported. U.S. exports to India will grow 12% annually between 2016 and 2020, and 10% annually between 2021 and 2030, according to the report. The survey also reported that trade confidence among U.S. executives has fallen slightly, but 48% of exporters and importers said they think their trade volumes will rise.
