CIA celebrates global cuisine at Worlds of Flavor conference

Chefs from every corner of the globe came together at the CIA Worlds of Flavor Conference, an annual event that celebrates culinary art from Thailand to Turkey. This year's theme, "Arc of Flavor," focused on the flavors, aromas and techniques that span countries and cultures. "The relentless movement of people results in unimaginably rich layering (of foods); it is the spirit of connection that is the real story behind this conference," said Greg Drescher, vice president for strategic initiatives.
