14 countries are elected to Human Rights Council amid criticism

Fourteen countries, including Britain, France, Cuba, Russia, China and Saudi Arabia, were elected to the United Nations Human Rights Council on Tuesday. The election of the latter four was criticized by Peggy Hicks of Human Rights Watch.
