Brokerages need more glitch protection, FINRA's Ketchum says

Brokerages are complying with market-access rules but regulators say there is not enough protection against trading glitches. “There is still a lot to be done in building the right type of belt and suspenders around market-access controls," said Richard Ketchum, CEO of the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority.
