Medallia improves visibility for B2B accounts

Cloud-based customer experience management tool provider Medallia has launched a business-to-business service that will provide a closer look at account feedback throughout an organization, building on its existing CEM offering. Its features include an analysis of loyalty and revenue impact for individual customers as well as industry groupings.
