MSNBC boosts ratings by playing "Hardball" at 7 p.m.

MSNBC, nearly two months after ending the 5 p.m. version of "Hardball," is attracting a bigger audience for the 7 p.m. live edition of the Chris Matthews-hosted talk show. Viewership in the 5 p.m. hour, which is now occupied by "The Ed Show," also has grown slightly.
