Obama signs bill aimed at helping kids with food allergies

President Barack Obama on Wednesday signed a bill that would give states financial incentives for schools to stock emergency epinephrine for students with severe allergies. Some states have implemented or have considered similar bills. "This is something that will save children's lives," Obama said.
