Researchers close to perfecting invisibility shield

A pair of researchers say they are close to developing a true invisibility cloak that could mask objects from detection. The invisibility shield, which is being perfected by engineers at The Edward S. Rogers Sr. Department of Electrical & Computer Engineering, uses tiny antennas to redirect radio waves away from cloaked objects making them impossible to see using radar.
