Step2 recalls riding wagons over fall hazard

Approximately 14,000 of Step2's plastic wagons sold at Toys R Us were recalled because of defective seat backs that could cause a child to fall, the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission announced Wednesday. Of more than 24 reports of children falling off the wagons, most had bumps, bruises, cuts or scrapes.
