Survey: Brick-and-mortar shoppers also frequent Amazon

More than half of shoppers at 53 brick-and-mortar chains also made a visit to Amazon in the same month, according to Kantar Retail, with the most overlap occurring among shoppers at high-end brands including Williams-Sonoma, Apple and Nordstrom. The least likely to visit the online retailer's site were consumers who frequent discount chains including Wal-Mart, Family Dollar and Dollar General, the survey said.
