New York agency Sugartown Creative will be compensated for its work for gourmet food line Il Palagio with a cut of the take at the cash register rather than through fees. Separately, a small Philadelphia agency, Gyro Worldwide, has a similar arrangement with the Sailor Jerry brand, which appears on clothing, Converse sneakers and rum.
