Subscribers say they are getting their money's worth

As the prices for hardware and services have risen so has the level of consumers' satisfaction with their cell phones, according to J.D. Power and Associates' new study, which cites the rising popularity of higher-priced smartphones as a major factor. The survey, which said 49% of wireless subscribers had plans to buy a new phone in the next year, gave the top satisfaction score to Sony Ericsson's handsets.
