The scandal rocking Penn State is a reminder of the need for institutions to articulate their values and expectations clearly, writes Chris Edmonds. Organizations need to take a forceful, forthright stance if they want to create a culture of accountability, Edmonds warns. "Most organizations do not clarify what 'good citizens' look, act, and sound like," Edmonds writes. "... Don't be bashful -- be bold."
