Ohio considers insurance exchange after voters' rejection

Ohio voters' symbolic approval of a constitutional amendment rejecting federal health care reform will not stop the Obama administration from implementing it, so policymakers and health industry leaders met in Columbus, Ohio, to look at how to create a health insurance exchange as the law requires. Amy Rohling McGee of the Health Policy Institute of Ohio said passage of Issue 3 could have ramifications for state legislation.
