Pork shows up on more restaurant menus

The number of pork dishes on restaurant menus has risen 7% in the past year, according to Technomic, driven by several factors including demand for more rustic ingredients such as Chipotle's naturally raised pork. Higher beef prices have made the less-pricey pork an attractive substitute in many dishes.
