Defense cuts needed for sequester fix, congressman says

Rep. Barney Frank, D-Mass., says there's "zero chance" that Democratic lawmakers will back a sequestration compromise that doesn't come with cuts to military budgets. Frank says Democrats will want cuts to "fall equally" on defense and nondefense budgets, and Senate Democrats say they want economic stimulus to be part of a sequester fix.
