Petraeus scandal complicates Obama's Cabinet plans

President Barack Obama might speed up his Cabinet reshuffle in an effort to move beyond the widening scandal surrounding retired Gen. David Petraeus' resignation as CIA chief, experts say. In addition to the CIA, Obama is likely to need new chiefs for the State Department and perhaps the Pentagon, even as he juggles fiscal negotiations that could affect military spending and preparedness. "It's a Rubik's Cube of decisions to make," political scientist Peter Feaver said.
