Comcast is said to be readying service to sell movie downloads

Comcast reportedly will begin offering movies for sale as digital downloads by the end of 2013. Currently, films can only be rented through the cable giant. Plans call for the titles to be accessible through set-top boxes and the Xfinity website and downloadable to TVs, computers or mobile devices.
