Curriculum teaches preschoolers to love fruits, veggies

The Children's Museum of Manhattan is working with the NIH to encourage in preschool children a love of fruits and vegetables in hopes that learning about them will lead to eating more of them. The curriculum, "Eat Play Grow," which has been tested in early-childhood programs, offers lesson plans on topics such as portion control, healthy drinks and exercise.
