Finding job opportunities for new law school graduates

Efforts are underway to help new law school graduates find job opportunities outside the largest law firms, where the supply of jobs is limited. The New York City Bar Association is testing a number of tactics, such as helping new lawyers find apprenticeships with banks and other companies. A task force for the bar group says additional hands-on training could help new graduates deal with the challenging legal market.
