House will not take up Senate immigration bill, says Boehner

The House has decided not take up the Senate's comprehensive immigration bill in conference committee, ending chances of merging that bill with a series of individual bills from the House. House lawmakers need to work on the "principles" of any immigration legislation before casting votes on the issue, said House Speaker John Boehner, R-Ohio.
