Professor, ethanol producer slam AP story

A professor at the University of St. Francis in Indiana and the president, CEO and director of Green Plains Renewable Energy criticized The Associated Press' investigative report on ethanol production. "I think it was blown out a little bit out of proportion," said Andrea Geyer, who teaches chemistry at the university. The AP relied on outdated information said GPRE's Todd Becker, noting that the story used data from a magazine article published years ago since disproven.
