U.S. Businesses Endorse WTO's New Round

Many American companies favor the World Trade Organization's recent decision to launch a new round of tariff-lowering trade negotiations. Eastman Kodak Co. says free trade will reduce the $200 million it pays in tariffs each year, and National Corn Growers spokesman Tim Hume says the WTO decision will help reduce the 60% average tariffs paid by agricultural producers.
