New Tacoda service displays ads based on surfer habits

Tacoda was expected to announce today that it has 60 Web sites as clients, including, that will be able to show ads to visitors based on their surfing habits. The New York online marketing firm's service, dubbed AudienceMatch, does not identify the visitors, but instead tracks where they have been to match the ads more accurately -- a factor Tacoda says should eliminate any potential privacy concerns.
