Visa USA taps TBWA/Chiat/Day as agency of record

Visa USA has dropped its longtime agency of record, BBDO, in favor of TBWA to helm its more than $300 million account. The credit card giant's move to end its 20-year relationship with BBDO comes after the agency landed the $600 million Bank of America account and Visa made major management changes.
