Automation spreads throughout travel industry

From self-printing boarding passes to self-service check-in kiosks at hotels, the travel industry has been automating and streamlining processes for customers. Alamo Rent-A-Car Inc. is rolling out self-service check-in kiosks for its contracts and Marriott International announced it will expand its e-billing service for guests at most of its hotels throughout the U.S. and Canada.
