Emerald Nuts to run with Super Bowl promos, but no game ads

Though Diamond Foods' Emerald Nuts brand will do promotions that tie in with the Super Bowl, the company will not run ads during the big game. The move reportedly reflects the belief that the three-year-old brand is well known to consumers, and was decided before the recent death of spokesman Robert Goulet.
